CG2 Homes was born out of a family tradition and love of home building. As a third generation builder, Tim Grein has been involved in every facet of the business. Tim has won multiple awards in the Parade of Homes including, “Best Kitchen”, “Best Master Bath”, “Gold” category awards, and “Best in Show”. He was the President of the High Point Area Builders Association and has also been voted “Builder of the Year” by his peers.
